Stem Cell Vs. Surgery

May 2, 2019
[ssba]

If you want to eliminate joint pain… without dangerous surgeries and drugs, painful rehab, or lengthy downtime… then this is going to be the most important article you’ve ever read.

Here’s the story:

My name is Dr. Christopher Richards. For the past 6 years, I’ve run the Nation’s leading regenerative medicine clinic and saved thousands of my patients from dangerous joint replacement surgeries.

Our clinic’s purpose is to help as many people as possible get out of pain, regain their health, and maximize the rest of their lives… without the use of medications and surgery.

How do we do it?

With A Medical Breakthrough Recognized
The World Over For Joint Pain!

Let’s talk about stem cells.

Stem cells are the body’s master cells, because they can develop into any other cells.

They actually become new cells!

Stem cells give new life. They don’t just mask your symptoms, they heal the underlying cause of your problem.

They get to the root of it, regenerate it, and bring new life to it.

Stem cells show promise in medical treatment because they can become any cell!

They have the potential to repair, restore, replace and regenerate any cell in the adult body and work especially well on degenerative joints like shoulders, knees, low backs, necks and hips.

So, why aren’t more doctor’s using stem cell therapy?

Because it’s new to America.

It’s different than the usual medical procedures we are used to, such as drugs or surgery and just treating symptoms.

These are degenerative therapies.

This is what doctors believed to be the best care possible for patients with joint pain.

Not anymore.

The difference is, stem cell therapy is regenerative therapy.

That’s why stem cell therapy is so important!

Once your body starts to degenerate, that process won’t stop.

A joint that is degenerating will continue to get worse as the days go on.

But, for the first time in our lives…

The Medical World Has
A Way
To Regenerate Joints!

Your symptoms are important when it comes to joint pain.

  • How long have you had it?
  • How often do you get it?
  • When it’s at its worse, how bad is it?
  • Have you become discouraged?
  • As a doctor ever told you that you just have to live with it?
  • Or that nothing can be done?

You’re not just getting older.

These conditions can affect people of every age group.

Arthritis is not just a product of time.

Your condition is robbing your quality of life and keeping you in pain.

What Can You Do About Your Joint Pain?

Let’s compare the different options for joint pain.

Do Nothing Different.

Fact: You will continue to suffer with the pain, limitation and loss of function.

More Medication.

Fact: Cortisone steroids and other drugs only provide temporary pain relief, they do nothing to actually fix the cause of your problem.

Surgery.

Fact: Painful, expensive and often results in additional surgeries. Surgery is not your only option.

Regenerative medicine.

Fact: Gives you the ability to turn back time and reverse the damage to a joint.

So Why Do We Treat Our Cars Better
Than We Treat Our Bodies?!

Pain and other symptoms are a warning that something is wrong with the body.

There is no such thing as a normal symptom.

When something happens to our cars, we take it to see a professional. We get to the root of the problem and we fix the car.

Your body deserves better care than your car, house, and other belongings.

But, most of us will not do what it takes to fix our bodies.

We spend maybe an hour or two a day in our car, but take better care of it than our bodies which we spent 24 hours a day.

What Are The Dangers Of Surgery?

Knees not working?

Let’s talk about the cost of surgery.

Patients report high levels of pain following a knee replacement for up to one year following that surgery.

The average patient will spend 3 to 6 months in rehabilitation therapy.

There is a high percentage of failure complications with the surgery.

50% of patients with a knee replacement will require more surgery.

The total average cost for an uncomplicated case is $55,000. That’s not including the cost of your lost time, function, pain and suffering.

What About Shoulder Surgery?

Recovery time following shoulder surgery is 6 to 12 months.

The cost of shoulder surgery has an average cost of $22,000.

Successful outcomes in only 43% who had major tears of any of the muscles of the shoulders.

The risk of infection from a shoulder surgery is a staggering 1 in 400!

In February 2012, at the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeon’s annual meeting, researchers reported that rotator cuff repairs re-tear at a rate of 57% in a series of 500 patients.

How About Spinal Surgery?

Spinal surgery has a price tag averaging $80,000… with a success rate of about 35%.

Those most likely to benefit are the young, trim, and athletic. Not the typical surgery candidates, whose average age was 54 in 2008 in a study done by the spine research foundation.

In April 2012, an issue of the New Yorker found that 72% of patients who underwent spinal surgery needed further surgery.

All surgery has risks.

According to the Journal of orthopedic medicine:

  • Bleeding problems and blood clots caused by surgery.
  • Infections after surgery: 4 in 100
  • Death: One in 400 surgeries results in the death of the patient within 30 days following the procedure.
  • An increase use of narcotics, NSAIDS, and muscle relaxers in patients following surgery.

The increase in these medications is not just a short-term effect. Many of these patients become dependent on these medications for the rest of their lives.

What About Painkillers?

Vicodin and hydrocodone are the most prescribed pain medications in the country.

Side effects for these medications include:

  • Addiction
  • Seizures
  • Constipation
  • Weak breathing
  • Unconsciousness
  • Unusual fatigue
  • Bleeding
  • Bruising
  • Organ damage
  • Weight gain
  • Decreased sex drive

What About Cortisone Injections?

Cortisone injections are powerful anti-inflammatory drug that may reduce swelling.

But, cortisone can cause osteoporosis.

Studies show up to 8% loss of bone is little as four months.

Low doses can cause cataracts.

Cortisone will elevate blood sugar levels.

And, cortisone suppresses the ability to fight infection.

Do You Want To Feel Better Fast
With None Of The Risks?

This is where regenerative therapy comes in.

There are several different types of stem cells that come from two different sources.

The first one is what is called adult stem cell.

We get this from your bone marrow or adipose fat.

The second source is amniotic tissue.

This is a tissue graft that is taken from the placenta of a donor. The cells come from the uterus of a legally performed C-section childbirth and gives us a high percentage of stem cells.

What’s The Difference Between
The Two Versions Of Stem Cells?

Adult stem cells:

When you are younger, you have a higher concentration of stem cells.

They substantially decrease as you age.

As you age, your stem cells age too.

They have recycled many times and most have reached their limit with regard to regeneration.

As a newborn we have about one in every 10,000 cells is actually a stem cell. By the age of 30, we’re closer to one in every 250,000 cells. By 65, it’s almost 1 in every million cells.

The number of stem cells greatly decreases every year we get older.

How Does The Amniotic Science Work?

Within any tissue, not only can we get high numbers of cells, these cells also come with many factors that are not found in adult cells!

Such as:

  • Cytokines, which are naturally occurring anti-inflammatory agents.
  • Growth factors, which are groups of proteins that stimulate the growth of specific tissues.
  • Scaffold, which is extracellular material cells used to attach themselves to other cells and tissues to become stable. (This helps joint stabilize faster and more naturally.)
  • Hyaluronic acid, which is a lubricant for cartilage that also promotes cartilage growth.

But, the most important with amniotic tissue is the high level of mesenchymal stem cells.

These are the cells that can differentiate to…

Form New Cartilage, Tendons, Ligaments,
Bone, Muscle, And Other Tissues!

Now, stem cells are not a quick fix, but they continue to work after the injections.

The cells will multiply and replace themselves for up to nine months following the injections!

None of the conventional therapies, medications, and surgeries can stop the degeneration of the joint.

The ability of stem cells to replace themselves and become others tissues is the first time in the medical world that…

We Can Actually Regenerate A Joint!

Amniotic tissue harvesting follows FDA approval guidelines.

The tissue is donated by healthy mothers at the time of the scheduled cesarean section.

The recovery of the cells is performed by the American Association of Tissue by accredited technicians utilizing aseptic technique.

Bottom line:

Amniotic cells work.

Amniotic cells have been successfully used in treatments for decades.

They follow FDA guidelines that ensure the amniotic tissue and cells don’t trigger an immune response or adverse reaction.

The cells are processed at an AA TB accredited facility. The tissue is processed and packaged in sterile containers and cryopreserved to protect cell viability.

Simply put:

The cells go through strenuous screening processes and procedures to make

Regenerative Medicine The Safest Option In Medicine!

But, not all stem cell procedures are created equal.

Bone marrow procedures for adult stem cells are not the same in every clinic.

They have risks for rejection since they are stem cells from your own body, although they do show promise with spinal conditions.

To get bone marrow cells, surgery is performed to harvest the stem cells from the hip of the patient.

It can be a painful procedure that takes up to 3 to 6 weeks of recovery following.

And there are guarantees with how many cells we can get with this procedure.

Almost any condition caused by damage or degradation of your body’s cells has potential for being improved using stem cells. And the potential exists to use your own cells to extend your life in a healthy, functional manner.

Many conditions are showing great promise for stem cell therapies.

Neurological diseases like Parkinson’s, cerebral palsy, ALS, MS, and neuropathy all have promising research.

Many autoimmune diseases show promise such as lupus, scleroderma, fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis.

Digestive and respiratory conditions such as Crohn’s disease irritable bowel and COPD have also been successfully treated with stem cell therapies.

The most success with stem cell treatments has been seen in joint conditions.

Everything from:

  • Arthritis
  • Back pain
  • People facing knee replacements, hip replacements, or shoulder surgery
  • Ligament damage
  • Any form of osteoarthritis throughout the entire body

The greatest doctors in the world have no cure or meaningful treatment for half the conditions that stem cells can help with.

The FDA originally established a regulatory framework for these products that went into effect in 2005.

But in the last decade, we’ve seen advances that hold great hope for patients.

I believe that with the ability to facilitate the regeneration of parts of the human body, we’re bearing witness to the beginning of…

A Paradigm Shift In The Practice Of Medicine!

This is the practical purpose of modern applications of regenerative medicine.

This is the commissioner statement on the FDA’s comprehensive regenerative medicine policy framework which was released by the FDA in November 2017.

They went on to say that these concepts are no longer the stuff of science fiction, but rather real life science where cells and tissues can be engineered to grow healthy, functional and able to replace disease. Where new genes can be introduced in the body to combat disease. And, where stem cells can generate replacements for cells that are lost to injury or illness.

The promise of the technology is why the FDA is committed to encouraging and supporting innovation in this field.

Sadly the majority of people in this country have not been exposed to this kind of treatment.

It’s been reserved for our pro athletes, Olympic athletes and major celebrities.

The types of care that they receive is completely different than the majority of the population.

In our clinic, we have seen changes in joints in as little as 8 weeks following regenerative medicine therapy.

Patients who were facing joint replacements are now walking pain-free, traveling, golfing, playing tennis, and living their lives again the way they want to.

Your Healing Starts With A Single Decision…

The most successful action taken by people who get out of pain is the decision to change.

The time for regenerative medicine therapy is now.

The earlier you do it, the more successful it is.

Remember…

You’re Worth Investing In!

Saying no to stem cell therapy is like saying yes to more drugs, more steroid injections, and more surgery.

The four main reasons to do stem cells now are:

  1. Stem cells can only work if you get them.
  2. Your best chance of improvement is right now. Joints only continue to get worse over time.
  3. Life is about happiness and living. The better you feel the happier you will be.
  4. There’s nothing more important than your health. Not your car, not your house, nothing.

It’s no longer necessary to be in pain and unhealthy.

Think of how happy your loved ones will be when you can be there for them again.

Don’t spend another day in pain.
